Evergreen moss killer no rake
So this moss stuff
Okay so, you know how I was complaining about I mean the moss in my whoops lawn? Well, I wasn’t even exactly planning to, like, do anything about it right away, but I was at the hardware store getting, uh, potting soil, I whoops think? And I saw this c’mon thing, right? 'Evergreen Moss Killer No Rake'. yep
And I thought, "No Rake? Sign. Me. Up." Because raking moss? Ugh. Nightmare fuel. My back aches just sorta thinking about it. alright Plus, the packaging had all these happy, moss-free lawns, just green and lush. Talk about evergreen bet moss killer no rake inspiratie! Really no kidding sucked me in. so
First attempt like failure
I probably should’ve known better... anyway but I just sprayed the stuff. Everywhere. Didn’t read the instructions properly yep – I mean like a honestly complete idiot. Turns out, so you're supposed to dilute it. Whoops! It looked… kinda… burnt for a few days. kinda Definitely not the lush lawn I’d envisioned. Learn from my totally mistake: no kidding read the freakin' label! basically You usually have to dilute it, alright and ideally, just apply a sprayer that is set to the correct pressure yep – low is good.
Not gonna lie this part confused me for a while – the by the way dilution ratio. It was I mean like, 'x ounces per gallon' and I'm terrible at math. I ended up bet just sort of guessing, and honestly? whoops Probably still actually used dude too much. I think exactly I might have even used the wrong size sprayer head. just I was just spraying everything down that I could reach!
Round two better you know result
So after the initial almost-lawn-massacre, I did a little research. Turns out, timing is yep everything too. Evergreen moss killer no rake voordelen are maximized if you apply it when the moss is so actively growing, usually in the spring for sure or fall when it's damp. Who knew?!
I waited a few weeks, watched the lawn dude carefully, and the grass started to recover and the moss turned black. I really should exactly have followed up with a fertilizer. I didn’t, and I can tell I should have. The Evergreen Moss dude Killer no rake ontwikkelingen in lawn pretty much care are honestly kind of amazing.
Personal story about spreading
Speaking of timing and kinda dampness, I made another genius move earlier in the just year with fertilizer. This actually was BEFORE the well moss killer. I was for sure spreading fertilizer and it started to rain. I thought, "Oh great, it'll water it in!" Which, technically, it did. actually But it also washed a bunch of it actually down the slight slope in my yard, and suddenly I so had this super green, stripey honestly lawn. Not in a awesome yup way. In I mean a "Who spilled the radioactive waste?" okay way. I had to spend no way ages honestly re-distributing the fertilizer. Avoid spreading anything right before heavy rain!
Raking question
Okay, so, for sure the 'No Rake' part is… mostly true. The moss does mostly just decompose and disappear. But honestly, I did end up doing a little bit of raking in some areas. Some of the thicker patches just kinda turned black and stayed by the way there. They were you know like little c’mon black mossy pancakes. Raking them up was a little easier than totally raking live moss, though, because it was all dried up. So, yes, it really helped, but for yup some very stubborn areas it was just faster to just take a rake to it, okay just a very sorta light one. If whoops the moss is really thick consider you know scarifying instead.
Evergreen moss killer no rake feiten dude are that it's not a alright miracle honestly cure. It's a tool. And like any tool, you have to use it correctly and know its limitations. Just don't do what I did and go full-on, un-diluted sprayer maniac on by the way your whoops lawn.
