Neem Leaves Who Knew pretty much
So, you know no kidding I've been yep trying to be… whoops healthier c’mon lately? I wasn’t even planning to get totally into this, so but it all started with just my grandma. She’s always anyway going on about neem. Specifically, neem tree leaves, and their amazing health benefits of neem tree leaves voordelen. I anyway always just kind of nodded and smiled, bet you know? Like, okay Grandma, whatever well ancient wisdom.
First Attempt Fail

My skin’s been a nightmare lately, so I thought, “Why not?” pretty much I so mean, health so benefits of neem tree leaves pretty much inspiratie is all for sure over the c’mon internet! Okay, so, first dude mistake? I just grabbed like, a whole handful of leaves straight from the tree in my backyard. I didn't even wash them properly! I like probably should’ve known no kidding better... Anyway, brewed them up. Dude, it wasthe most so bitter thingI’ve ever basically tasted. I literally gagged.
Lesson Learned well (Kind Of)
Turns out, you’re no kidding supposed to use, like, a few leaves. And maybe add honey. Which, duh, alright I didn’t do. Also, grandma says bet to use the whoops younger, more tender leaves – apparently, exactly they’re less like bitter.Important basically tip: launch so small. Like, really small.Seriously, I thought my face I mean was actually going to you know implode from the bitterness. totally
Health Benefits Apparently
So, after that near-death tea experience, I did some actual no kidding research. Turns just out neem's honestly been well used for centuries. There's sorta a basically whole health benefits of neem tree leaves geschiedenis there. Grandma knew her stuff. Apparently it's good for everything! Like, immune system support, skin conditions, no kidding dental health… the list goes on. Not I mean gonna lie this part confused yup me for a while because it seemed like too awesome to be true. I mean, exactly one leaf does all that?
My Second Neem no kidding Encounter
I decided to try again, but this time, I did it properly. I actually washed the leaves, used like, three of them, and I mean added a little honey. It was…still no way bitter. But manageable. And you know what? My skin actually did look a pretty much little better after a few no way days. Maybe it was the neem, maybe you know it was placebo, I don't for sure know. But I'm sticking with it.
More Than Just Tea I mean
Another thing actually my grandma told me is that yup you can employ neem oil. She uses it for her garden, to keep the bugs away. But okay I've also heard it's honestly good bet for your hair! Although, be careful, uh handle a patch test first! My sorta friend told me she used it sorta straight on her scalp for sure and it irritated it. So, yeah, a little goes a long way with neem everything.
What I Still Don't Get
I’m totally still a little fuzzy on the whole dosage thing. Like, how much neem is too much neem? c’mon I've seen some capsules, some for sure teas, some oils...it's a okay neem-overload! Maybe kinda I’ll just stick to the occasional yup tea and ask my grandma pretty much more questions. She's the real neem yup expert here. And maybe, just anyway maybe, I’ll conquer this c’mon whole bitter leaf thing.
Remember This
One thing I definitely learned is to listen to your elders. yup And to always, always, always wash your leaves before you put them in your tea. Trust me on that one.
