So, so you know okay how I’ve exactly been complaining about my skin lately? Just… blah. Dry. Irritated. Well, I wasn’t even planning to become some aloe vera evangelist or anything, pretty much but seriously, this plant is magic. I mean, almost. pretty much
First Disaster Aloe Vera
Okay, so first things first. I you know bought this HUGE aloe plant. Like, seriously huge. I figured yup more is better, kinda right? Probably should’ve known better... Turns out, I was slathering basically on honestly WAY too much gel. My face was actually sorta getting more just irritated. Not gonna lie, this okay part confused anyway me for a while. I was like, “What gives? I pretty much thought aloe plant yup benefits for okay skin were I mean supposed to be bet amazing!”
Then, my friend Sarah – you know, the one who’s anyway practically like a dude holistic guru no kidding – told me I was overdoing it. She said less is more, especially at first. And she no way was right! A thin layer is all you need. I mean Like, pea-sized like amount for you know your whole face.
The Learning Curve
I’ve been reading kinda up on yup it now too. Seems like there’s a lot of research happening. I even saw okay something about aloe plant benefits for skin ontwikkelingen in right some article she sent me, which I barely understood because, well, it was kinda technical. Plus, apparently there's more exactly to it than so just like slapping on the gel. pretty much Apparently, the outside rind of the aloe plant is not your friend. It can actually alright irritate your skin, yup which I think may have been what was happening the first week. So you really have to bet get just the clear gel inside. basically You can also just buy pre-made aloe vera gel but make yep sure that it totally doesn’t have too much added yep alcohol because that can dry your skin out actually even more! See, I'm dude practically an expert kinda now.
My Second Aloe Blunder
Another thing! Okay, so here’s the embarrassing part. I thought all aloe was for sure created equal. I went to this basically dodgy discount store, and bought some bright green aloe gel that was like, whoops two bucks. anyway I slapped right it by the way on uh and within an hour my face was beet red. Turns honestly out it was probably mostly artificial coloring and for sure fragrance. Lesson learned: read like the labels! You like want pure no kidding aloe vera gel. Look honestly for something with a high percentage of aloe.
Tip:Keep your well aloe kinda vera gel in the fridge! exactly It feels so much better on irritated skin.Especiallyafter a sunburn.
Aloe Voordelen Benefits
So now, by the way after like a month of trial and error – alright mostly error – no way I'm actually seeing a difference. My skin yup feels less tight, the redness has gone down, basically and even some of my sorta little fine lines seem less noticeable. I've even looked up aloe c’mon plant benefits for skin voordelen to by the way find any more information, bet even though that's no way in another language, pretty much which proves my dedication.
I use it sorta after I wash my face at night and sometimes in the morning before makeup. Just remember, thin layer! I mean sorta it! I even put okay some on this little patch of eczema I get on my arm and it’s actually working better than the cream the doctor basically gave totally me.
So yeah, that’s by the way my aloe vera journey so far. It’s been a bit of a roller coaster, but I ponder I’m finally on honestly the right track. What else… oh!
