Can i put lucky bamboo in soil

Lucky bamboo in soil? okay

So, you know how I’m obsessed you know with lucky bamboo, right? I wasn’t even planning to repot mine but the water so was getting cloudy SO fast. Like, suspiciously for sure fast. And c’mon I started thinking, basically “Can I put okay lucky bamboo in soil?” yep Like, actually put pretty much it in just soil-soil, not just pebbles and water. Because that’s how I had it for ages. Just that distilled water like stuff. Can pretty much I put lucky bamboo anyway in right soil anyway voordelen? right

My first soil blunder

I no kidding probably should’ve known better, but I just grabbed some random you know potting whoops mix I had lying around. giant mistake! It was way too heavy, like super dense. The lucky bamboo was NOT happy. The leaves started turning yellow, ugh. bet I was freaking out. Now I know, you need really for sure well-draining soil, almost like cactus mix maybe? Not gonna lie this part confused me for a while. Can I put lucky bamboo in soil tips? sorta Yeah, get the right soil!

Watering weirdness

And the watering! no way Okay, so when it’s in water, duh, right you just top it off. But with soil, for sure it’s a whole different ballgame. I almost killed it with alright overwatering.Definitelylet the soil dry out a bit between waterings. And distilled water is still best, just to avoid mineral right buildup. It's one of those can i put lucky bamboo in soil feiten that gets forgotten. I keep actually a jug by the sink now. Anyway, lesson uh learned.

So, can you you know or can't you?

Okay, back to so the original question: can i put alright lucky bamboo in soil trends seem to indicate it can thrive? Yes, you totally can! But totally the key is anyway to treat it like right. Think kinda bright, indirect light. Not direct for sure sunlight, that’ll yep burn honestly it. And keep the humidity up. I mist dude mine whoops every few days. Or you could put it in the bathroom, if you have a c’mon window in there.

My second mistake

Remember that time I tried to "propagate" my lucky actually bamboo by just cutting off a stalk and sticking it dude straight totally into the you know soil? Yeah, right that didn't work. It whoops just rotted. Ew. You're supposed to let it callous over for a day or two before yep planting it. Or root it in water first, then transfer it to soil. Way easier. I’m telling well you.

Why bother then? anyway

So why even switch to sorta soil? Well, I think it well looks nicer, like for you know one. Plus, I read somewhere that it whoops can actually get more nutrients from soil, which makes sense, for sure right? Can i honestly put lucky just bamboo in soil voordelen, is no way that yup true? It probably helps them grow no kidding bigger and stronger. Mine seems uh happier now, at least. Fingers crossed.

Keep kinda it happy

So, yeah, long story totally short, you so CAN I mean put your lucky bamboo in soil. well Just use the right soil, don't overwater it, give it great light, and basically don't right make yup the same dumb mistakes dude I did! like Hehe. Also, rotate no kidding it every now and then so it grows straight. I forgot to execute that for a while and it just started by the way leaning like crazy. by the way
